For lunch you could try some of these more filling but still healthy and nutrient rich options:
-A sandwich with whole grain bread and low fat cheese. -Fruit -Kashi granola bars are also are good choice. -Crystal Light to go so you don't get bored with only drinking water. (It only has about 12.5 calories per bottle...and I'd recommend the Raspberry Lemonade kind, it's definetly the best)

Eat more for lunch? A small salad and special K snack bites doesnt sound like a very good lunch at all...
Why not try replacing the snack bites with a banana? Try a protien/fiber rich lunch to keep you full for a while. Here are some ideas:
1 container light yogurt 1 banana 2 tbs wheat germ 1 granola bar
or
1 whole grain bagel 1/2 cup fat free/lowfat cottage cheese 1 apple

I'd try to have a big breakfast. What do you usually have? I'd try some cereal like bran flakes or cornflakes add a banana to it then maybe have a piece of toast as well. If you can have an apple or some sort of fruit before you go into your exam. Good luck with your mid terms btw

| tomorrow and the rest of this week i have midterms and i dont need my stomach growling in the middle what should i eat at 6:15 am that will hold me off until about 11? Also my lunch consists of a small salad and special k snack bites i have lunch between 11-12. by 2 im starving but i dont want to eat what do i do???
