Try to get your mind off food. If you're feeling bored, get up and do something active. If you sit in front of the TV, you're more likely to think of whatever good you're craving (at least I do). Try confronting your negative feelings by journaling about what you feel, instead of trying to ignore them by eating. Hope that helps!

I have a problem with eating way too much! It's like I dont have control of what I eat and how much of it I choose to eat. I always consume too much of the wrong types of foods. I find that I eat for emotional reasons. Does anyone know what I can do to avoid eating when Im feeling bored, disapointed, lonley, sad, ect?
