We all like to enjoy a treat now and again. What helps is to make sure you getting all the nutrients each day before you choose a treat. If you make healthy choices 95% of the time and then enjoy a treat 5% of the time. Making sure you have had 3 servings of dairy or 8 cups of water before you allow yourself to have a treat could help you make different choices when faced with treats.

i love food =] haha but sometimes i dont eat the right for..for example instead of an apple i go for the yummy brownies on the counter. I exercise reguarly but my problem is junk food and stuff. What should I do?
