Healthy Choice meals are quite tasty and cheaper than most school hot lunches. They have high levels of protien. Also eggs are good for you and have the same levels of protien. Kashi GOLEAN Crunch Cereal is also good in fiber and protien compared to the average cereal and it tastes good too.
These things make you feel like this.
But they're actually going to help do this
Hope Helps

what kind of food should we eat in order to get more proteins?

You may not be growing in height but you are growing in other areas especially muscle and the maturation of your body so you need more protein now until the age of about 21 then you will need later in life.

Oh, thanks for the explanation - I think most days I do get more than 10% fat! I guess I do not always get the proteins I need - but usually I am very close! I am not growing anymore, anyway, so I guess I wont need as much protein, will I?

It is not so important that you get all the fat as long as you are getting at least 10% you are fine. However it is important to make sure you are getting or exceeding your protein intake because teens need a good intake of protein for growth and health.

I like using the nutrition tracker, but it's so frustrating most of the time?
When using the "Full daily report" diagram, I usually find out, that my calories come from round about 15% proteins, above 65% carbs and just very little fats. I assume that's because I am vegetarian and hate butter, cream and stuff and I just LOVE fruit (usually more than 10 servings a day). But is it really unhealthy too have such an imbalance of "calorie-origin"?
What is a good food to get the fat needed?
