I'm also the same way. My mother has decided to go on this baking spree, and is constantly making all sorts of Goodies such as whoopie pies, cookies, brownies and fudge. It's hard turning down all of her wonderful foods. Plus, with the holidays coming, it's going to be even harder.
But knowing that there is a problem is the first part in solving it. So at least we've got a start.

| I know what you mean! I work at a chinese restaurant. Every night when I go home the chef makes me dinner, and is not healthy. But I think its okay to eat these types of foods just not on a regualer basis. Maybe you can have it when you have done good with your intake. As like a treat for a good job!

| I think to cut out junk food now would be extremely difficult because of the upcoming holiday season. After the holiday season i think it will be more practicle.

| Yeah I know what you mean. I'm not really fat, just on the higher end of average. I want to cut out the junk so I can lose a few pounds and be healthier.

| YES!!! I am such a junk food addict just like you. I think what junk food addicts need to work on is eating junk food in moderation and not making it the main food group in our diet.

| It's good that you're trying to break the habit; it really is not good to eat all that junk. Especially since it'll transfer as you get older and you'll very likely end up overweight, or at least, your metabolism will likely slow down significantly.

I'm not necessarily a junk food addict, but it's what I eat all the time because of the way my life is set up. I work at McDonalds, but I choose salads when I work. It's just that my school has open lunch so we go to fast food and then my parents aren't home of an evening so I find myself picking up fast food again on my way home.
I hate eating it all the time, but I constantly find myself eating fast food twice a day.

| Is there anyone else like me? My name is Savannah and I am thirteen and not fat but everyone knows that my favorite foods are chocolate, french fries, and chicken nuggets. HA HA! Are there any other junkfood addicts out there trying to be healthy too?
