Hopefully you have set up your Spark plan and have set about setting up an exercise plan for the week and reading some of the articles like the Teen Nutrition Guide to help you learn how to select healthier options in healthier portion sizes. You are at a great age to take control of what you put in your mouth. If it is fried - you need to make a different selection and if you are drinking soda - that needs to go as well. For most teens - getting rid of soda, snacks like candy and chips and selecting baked or broiled instead of fried helps them see positive change. Add regular exercise and smaller portion sizes and you have a winning combination. You CAN make healthy changes and look and feel terrific. Spark is here to help and encourage you along the way!!
