or you could try joy bauer's view - 90:10. Eat well 90% of the time and then the other 10% is something you really enjoy, like a small bowl of full fat ice-cream.

I want to be healthy but when I see my family eating something that I love I just can't resist having it. I know it's really bad for me but I just can't resist what should I do?!

I'm a bit similar. I love sports and eating right, but I've lost almost all my motivation which just leads me to do things I know I shouldn't, like not eating enough. Since I have the same problem, I'm not really sure how to deal with it :/ but I've been told that having someone like a friend or family member do it with you, like promising to eat right and exercise, it's suppose to be easier. You can do it together and say like, ok we'll do this exercise together this day, and so on. I haven't really done it because I don't really have anyone to do it with that would actually help me. But it could be worth a shot. If you find anything else that might be worth trying let me know :)

urrgh this is getting to be a pain in the bum now! okie, so ive tried to loose weight time and time again, and then my mum said think it as a new way of life, not a diet, so thats what ive tried. i love sports and play them wenever possible, but cant motivate myself all the time. My eating habits are suckage =/ im always eating the wrong things and then i feel so bad, and my weight is always yo-yoing, any tipps??
