i like to follow a simple: morning- 1 protein (ex. eggs), 1 starch (ex. 1 or 2 slices of whole wheat bread), 1 fruit (ex. orange juice), 1 fat (ex. bacon)
lunch- 1 protein (ex. tuna/chicken), 1 starch (ex. potato/rice), 1 or 2 veggies, 1 fruit
dinner- 1 protein, 1 starch, 1 or 2 veggies, 1 fruit
snack- 1 protein (ex. yogurt) OR 1 veggie/fruit
and of course drinking 64 oz. of water
