All foods can be included in a healthy diet if you are watching the portion sizes (1 cup of ice cream is great) and getting all your other key nutrients every day like protein, calcium, and iron.
Also, I don't think burning 700 calories is in your Spark plan outline so if you are doing more then is in your plan, you are going to greatly affect your bodies ability to lose fat reserves. Over exercising is the same to the body as under eating - it forces starvation mode and holding on to fat reserves.

OK so for all the meals i think i did pretty good, but then my snacking was pretty bad. even tho i stayed in the 1800 or 1900 calorie range today and burned 700 calories, i still feel like i did bad because i had pop corn and some ice cream, and no less i haven't been eatting the best lately. I feel like I will never lose weight by the way I eat, but then I add everything up and it's stilll in the calorie range. Like two days ago i had taco bell ( which i like almost never eat), which actually wasn't totally bad, then yesterday I had homemade pizza with out the crust. and like I said I had about a cup of chocolate ice cream and also like 2 or 3 cups of popcorn, and then popcorn is only 25 cals a cup. idk what my question really is but I feel like I'm pigging out and I'll never lose weight, so I guess what I'm trying to say is how can I change my unhealthy eatting habits, or can I still pretty much eat like that if I stay in the calorie range?
