If you are tripling the exercise that is outlined in your program then you are likely not eating enough calories to support weight loss. The plan is based on balance of fitness (energy output) and food (energy intake) and if you throw either of those out of balance then you don't get the results you are looking for.

So, I suggest you use your Spark plan and follow it with daily goals as it is outlined and then see how things work out. Likewise, strength training is typically an important part of the plan and sculpting your body will cause changes in measurements so be sure you are keeping track of those in addition to the number on the scale which doesn't tell you about changing size.

ok, sorry if this isn't what you want to hear, but try not concentrating on losing weight. If you concentrate on who you want to become, like an athletic person or a healthy person, a certain activity you wish you could do, etc. then you'll get to your goals much faster. When I started being healthy a year ago I had the same mindset as you, but once I changed it went so much better. good luck.

I've been doing sparkteens since the end of May. I've followed my calorie goal and my fitness goal, started eating breakfast every day, drank at least 9 glasses of water a day, even tripled the amount of calories that are suggested for me to burn to lose weight. And I've barely lost any weight in 5 weeks. I don't know what to do. Any advice?
