| Hey...yeah I have the exact same problem...I just think that ultimately you must listen to your body. And who knows if you aren't very hungry today then you may be extra hungry tomorrow...or maybe not, but my point is just listen to your body. :) Oh, and make sure you are exercising often that'll make you hungrier in the long run.

| Hold off for today. Listen to your body, if you are stuffed don't eat any more... especially since you will probably being going to bed soon since it is after dinner. To boost up your calories a little I would suggest having a glass of milk. Tomorrow try and incorporate less filling yet healthy choices into your diet.

I only had 1350 calories today. I felt like I was eating plenty and after dinner i felt so stuffed that i couldnt possibly eat more. but the calorie count seems way too low. this is what i had: One humongous pancake with blueberry compote-350 cal 3 mini cream puffs-120 (each is 40 calories, theyre tiny!) apple- 80 small bowl of oatmeal-150 small bowl of leftover lentil veggie curry dish- 100 smoothie-200 1/2 a plain fat free yogurt with a bit of jam-60 omelet with tomato-eggplant sauce- 200 100% veggie stif fry-100 is it bad to be eating so few calories even if i feel satisfied and after dinner extremely stuffed(probably from all the veggies)?
