| Try drinking tea. green tea is especially good for you. (Three cups per day lower your metabolism.) Plus, it's feels "hearty" and like you're really filling up, so you don't feel the urge to snack later on.

I AM THE EXACT SAME AS YOU. It gets really late at night then i start craving CEREAL!!! Weird thing to crave huh? xDD Oki first off dont beat yourself up about it cause after all it is only cereal...at least your not craving chocolate bars. What i do is when i start to get hungry i drink a BIGGGG glass of water then brush my teeth really hard with lots of toothpaste Water fills you up...kinda Toothpaste makes you not want to eat cause you've got that horrible minty taste in your mouth xDD Hope that helped XxXxXxXxXxX

have you tried drinking a glass of water? if you drink it real fast, you'll become full haha.

| Okay so I eat until I am full at dinner and I also eat normally through out the day now :) But then I start to get hungry before bed and I feel like eating cereal....problem: I will eat like 4 big bowls...not so good. So what is the best thing to eat b4 dinner that doesn't kill your metabolsim or cause a great deal of weight gain??
