wow i feel the same way and im trying to maintain my weight so i have noidea how im going to over come by eating at least 1800 cuz like u said once it goes over 1000 i start feeling guilty or somethin

Repeat for yourself that you have nothing to worry about.You have only eaten half of you food intake. If you want to lose weight,tell yourself that eating less won't help you.It will only make you add a few extra pounds later.

| I finally feel like I can start working towards eating the recommended 1,800 calories. My problem won't be getting the right amount, but when I start to see all the calories add up and a number higher than 1,000 I start to feel guilty and worthless. Any tips on how to get rid of that midset and not feel bad about eating right?
