Easy healthy snack ideas?

ants on a log. spread Peanut Butter on an apple or banana and top with raisins or chocolate chips. other favorites of mine are thinly sliced apple with cinnamon, instant oatmeal, chopped apple in plain yogurt with cinnamon, "pizza"(tomato sauce and cheese on a pita or english muffin), pudding, veggies and hummus, jam and yogurt, crackers and cheese, plain popcorn(no butter or oil), dried fruit and nuts(be careful around these!), bag of steamfresh veggies...

Just be careful with things that say sugar free if you tend to go for that because usually things that say sugar free have some sort of additive that is potentially worse for you than the regular stuff. Some salt free nuts can be a nice snack and good for you to get some of your protein in a day, some healthy trail mix, fruit can be alright but too much fruit isn't always the best thing!! Some times when i need a little snack i go for some whole grain melba crackers and a tablespoon of hummus :)

any kind of fruit is good, or a handful of mixed nuts
there are also PLENTY of 100 calorie packs floating around grocery stores. just check to make sure they don't have too much sat. fat

sugar free pudding is amazing. there are so many flavors! I normally put it on watermelon, strawberries, or bananas. pure genius.

For something salty, pretzels are always nice. I snack on pickles too because they are so low in calories. Rice cakes are good as well.

Anyone have any easy healthy snack ideas for when I'm cravingggg something salty or sweet?

so far all i've found is yogurt (which i'm getting kinda sick of) and celery with a tablespoon of peanut butter.

if you have any ideas please post them here!!!
