It all depends on the ingredients and the ratio of the ingredients. But, if you bought the cake, you have no way of knowing that information. So, what I would do in your situation is average all the numbers together.

(200 + 450) / 2 = 325 calories

I'd like to know how many calories, carbs, etc. are in a slice of black forest cake (maybe 2oz or something...I haven't measured it yet). I've found recipes, and other calorie information, but I haven't gotten a clear answer. It seems that the calorie range goes from 200 a slice to over 450 calories a slice, and that's not really helping.

I'm not thinking only "in terms of numbers," for those of you who'd like to spit that at me. I just want an estimate. I think we got the cake from Lucky, and it's a 23oz cake.

I just want to know so I can enter something reasonable into my nutrition tracker.
