You will be fine, just exercise a little extra today maybe? That what I do when I feel like I've eaten too much.
I know its not all technical like the other answers, but its hard to gain if you exercise regularly.. I know some of you would disagree,
But you basically had a cheat day.. Not good but exercise extra today and you will be okay.

| I don't think a calorie is a calorie is a calorie. If you eat too much of any nutrient, it'll be stored as fat. That's why you must have a healthy balance of fats, carbs and protein.

| wow feathera. that made me feel alot better. yeah you're right i Know peanut butters not good for you in large amounts nor is nething else. it's just these dumb cravings lol.

Lexi, I think what you meant to say is that 1 gram of fat has 9 calories. All of these numbers get pretty confusing.
1 gram carbs = 4 calories 1 gram protein = 4 calories 1 gram fat = 9 calories

you wont gain too much of anything 1 pound is 3500 calories and for every 9 calories you eat u gain 1 gram of fat. yea if u wanna do the math lol but u probably havent gained all that much mabe a pound..not even

A calorie is a calorie is a calorie. So, no. You won't gain weight, because you're still eating less than what your metabolism is-- that's probably around 2400 calories, but that varies depending on your activity level, gender, age, height, current weight, and just plain genetics.
P.S. There are 3500 calories in a pound.
P.S. Just because you won't gain weight doesn't mean you should be eating 90 grams of fat every day. Peanut Butter is ok, but in moderation. It is very high calorie and has SOME good nutrients (like protein), but definitely not enough so that it should make up the majority of your diet.

| Okay So i ahve only eaten like 1600 calories but most of it is fat, i am confused. I ahve eaten so much Peanut Butter today tho and I ahve had sausage...wil i gain weight. I have had about maybe 90 grams of fat but only like 1700 calories...unless i am not counting food right...lol
