If you're restricting your food intake too much during the day, you'll often eat too much at night b/c you were so hungry all day long. Take a look at your Nutrition Tracker and see if you're spreading out your food and calories pretty evenly throughout the day, and choosing filling, nutritious foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean protein, which can all help keep you full. Also make sure you're eating at least the minimum amount of calories on your plan--never less.
Hope that helps,
Coach Nicole

| I don't avoid eating at night because your body doesn't know what time it is! however, It is important not to eat an excessive amount at night. So I usually save around 100-150 calories for a snack about an hour before I go to bead. Usually high in carbs so it helps me sleep.

| I do that too. But I normally eat at night because of boredom. If I find that I'm bored and its dark out, I'll do some Cardio or have a glass of water. If it is late enough I go to bed..

| Ask yourself if you're really hungry, and if you are, one serving of a snack is great, but not the whole bag! Also, don't bring the entire package with you. Your best bet is to maybe buy individual serving snack bags - then it takes no measuring or guessing. And, if you aren't hungry, but just want something in your mouth try gum or ice!
