Some snack ideas are granola bars, fat free yogurt, almonds, any fruit/veggies.

I'd suggest looking at this article for ideas: http://teens.sparkpeople.com/resource/nutrition_articles.asp?id=1001

I finally convinced my grandmother to let me get my own foods from the grocery store. But she suggested that I make a list and write out all of my meals (including when I plan on eating them) for the entire week. I need your help sparkteens...what do you suggest that I get from the store? should i get chicken or fish? What types of fish? I would like snack recommendations and different recipes that you have tried that you liked (or didn't).
P.S.-My grandmother (in her 50's) has decided that she's going to join sparkpeople.com after seeing how happy I am with sparkteens.
