HOnestly...i think u should forget calories and eat wat you think is healthy and eat until you are full. You cant force yourlsef to eat more or less than the body wants. and it depends on how skinny u want to get. if u want to slowly get skinny then raise the calorie amount but if u want to job quicker then keep the clorie level because u r still eating completely healthy

Hi Christine-
Go to your Fitness Tracker page. On the cardio section, click "Change" next to where it says something like "Mon Wed Fri Cardio Plan". There, you can update how much exercise you do regularly (number of minutes and days per week). Your nutrition plan will adjust automatically, if necessary.

I've been exercising lately so much more than i usually do, usually turbo jam for 50 mns a day, everyday. so how do i know how many calories i should be eating now to lose weight? as it is now, im supposed to eat 1800-2100 cals a day to lose weight, but since i'm exercising so much more, do i need to eat more and how much more?
