I'm actually suffer from bingeing, but I sadly just throw it all up... (I developed that habit when I went through my early stages of anorexia/bulimia)

It's a terrible habit that's extremely hard to get rid of. I understand your pain, but sadly I don't have any tips...

Whenever I crave something, first, I drink a tall glass of ice water. then, I have a small fruit, like an orange or some strawberries. And if it is something like a cookie or piece of cake (as a reward) I'll just take half of what I normally would. Also, I go by the 1 handful, 2 or 1/2 type of thing. If its like cereal, or goldfish, or raisins that I'm craving, I take a handful, and that's it. If it is something like oreos,Strawberries, crackers I take 2. Then if it is something bigger, like a sandwich, a cookie, a piece of cake, I take half of it.. It works for me!

im the same way!!
i do so well with my eating during the day then i just get so hungry and crave food! and i almost always have cereal too! and lately i've started eating toast with peanut butter. i just try to keep a water bottle with me at all times and whenever i want to eat i just drink as much as i can until im so full of it i don't want to put anything in my stomach.

Try eating more for breakfast and lunch and your after school snack so that you have had at least 1200 calories by the time it is time for dinner. Your body craves the nutrient it still needs and when your blood sugar drops so give it more earlier in the day and you can ward off the binging triggers from your body.

i do this all the time its my weakness. i suggest you eat sitting down in not watching t.v and slowly afterward go do something productive, keep yourself busy and dont go back into the kitchenn! lol

I keep doing really well all day and then binging with ice cream and bread and mostly cereal if I'm honest at night.

Help.
