I mainly distract myself by listening/DANCING to music XDD HOWVEVER if im at school cant play music, never mind DANCE to it HA....then i'd look like a fool especially seeing as i cant dance hehe XDD Sooo instead i just chew on gum XDD (make sure you dont bite your tongue though OUCH that hurts :-) )

Eating smaller amounts more frequently will many times keep you from being hungry especially if you are making sure to get carbs and protein sources at each meal and snack. Try not to go longer then 5 hours between meals/snacks accept at night and then be sure to eat a good balanced breakfast soon after you wake.

i keep myself busy, so i don't think about food. If I'm really hungry and it isn't a meal/snack time, i always get some fruit or some pretzels just to hold me over until the right time.

i eat fiber & protien to fight hunger -cashews/peanut butter usually do the thing for me -soymilk -fiber one cereal -warm tea somehow distracts my hunger too (even though its really just hot water! :P
