to SparkTeens! It is important that you eat at least 1800 calories a day because you are a teen and teen's need more nutrition and calories for growth and development. Eating less than that will make your body feel as though it is starving and will not allow the proper growth and development nor will it give you enough fuel to function. So please do your best to eat at least 1800 each day. You may want to read A Teen's Guide to Nutrition & Healthy Eating.

A few days ago when i joined this site, since then i have been countng my calories more and have stayed under 1500 calories and i am very proud of my accomplishments so far. been really hard lol having to drnk SO much water to fight off cravings..
