Do your best to weigh yourself only once a week. Maybe you can set that as a goal for yourself and work on that.

Lost 3 lbs. Waist: I grew an inch in the waist is that bad? Hips: Lost an inch Neck: Same as last week.
I weigh in every Friday morning. But, I have the need to go weigh in before that (say Wednesday). How can I just wait for the day I actual weigh in?
