| I feel the same way about the gym and excercise it's very liberating and it's an energy kick.I love to work out more then any time in my life and I am making so many changes and I know i'm succeding. I eat so much better lots of protein, fruits, vegetables, and I eat lots of nuts and seeds too.Plus drinking lots of water help me feel good and clears my skin. I love my new attitude and healthy life. I've been working at this for quite sometime and I know it's finally here to stay. thanks for posting your comment I really enjoyed other peoples excitement too.

| i really think that going to the gym has helped me because i can feel it after i do the exercise i know my body is getting stronger and i did alot of cardio workouts and that helped me to shed the fat

| i went to the gym yesturday and they had a kickboxing class i took it and i felt great and then i woke up this morning a little sore but still decided to go back to the gym and do some work out i did way better then i thought i would do but when i was done i felt so much better.
