hey- i've only been on sparkteens for a couple of days and I really like it, but in the message boards everyone seems to only care about losing weight. i mean, that's great and everything, but what about growing endurance or strength? my abs have grown a lot tougher already by just doing a few different core workouts. i haven't lost much weight yet, but my doctor says i'm in the healthy weight zone already. losing weight isn't my goal so much as staying in shape for the next season of crew plus ski team. i have never done ski team before, does anyone else ski? i'm not very good but my friend really wants me to do it with her. anyone else care more about exercise than weight loss?? -jasmine :p
