It's great that you are finding this pretty easy! You do want to make sure to eat your minimum amount of calories though. You need the calories and nutrients since your body is still growing.

You are off to a great start!

It actually isn't that hard to stick to an eating plan. I have eaten until i was full and I still didn't reach the minimum amount of calories a day. That is very surprising!! I don't know how I did it
