| Congratulations! You can deffinitely do it now. I used to hate running and now what do you know, i run cross country! Keep it up and you'll be able to go even farther!

| You just need to oush it, if your legs get tired, slow down and just keep going. try and make little marks, like "i'll run 5 blocks before stopping" and then just keep telling yourself "one more block!". thats how I did it but I had to stop becuase I was getting a sore throat. I sound like i ran a marathon. but this is big for me I used to no be able to run 3 blocks. and I ran 20 minutes straight on the treadmill. I used to only be able to do 1 minute.

great job! i'm pretty bad at running, but i'm trying to get better and run for longer periods of time :] i was going to run today, but it was freeeeezingg.. :/

I ran half a mile! I would say without sopping but that isn't entirely true because I stopped and just stood for like 10 seconds because it was cold out and I was getting a sore throat. But I did it!!!!!!
