| it's great that you are keeping a positive attitude--that is the only way to truly achieve your goals. remember that the best way too keep weight off in the long term is to lose it slowly and that it is normal for weight-loss to slow over time. overall health and well-being are the most important things. you are probably losing weight the right way, which is not the easy way (i know; i've tried both), so you should be proud of yourself (regardless of what the scale says) for the choices that you are making every day to help yourself become a happier and healthier person.

congrats on your no weight loss and also because you did not let yourself be daunted by the zero movement on the scale...
try to see how your clothes fit or how fit you've become too.

You're absolutely right that was a success! Like the coach said, this happens sometimes so keep doing what you're doing and see if there's anywhere you can improve e.g. drink more water, exercise for longer.
Woohoo for you!

Weight loss is rarely consistent week to week. Not gaining weight is a huge success too! Great job! Are you also taking measurements? You should try and use other ways of measuring your progress, not just going by what the scale says. The scale doesn't always show us the full picture. Sometimes you can lose inches but stay the same or gain a little bit of weight because you have added muscle. Muscle is leaner than fat and so when that happens, you lose inches. Also, look at all the great things you are doing for yourself. Focus on the positive ways you are changing your habits to be healthy habits! You are doing great so far!
Have you checked out the Resource Center yet for some ideas on nutrition and exercises? Also, there are some motivational articles that may help you on your journey too!
