breakfast - bacon [50 calories so i guess it's lean or w/e] hashbrowns, egg, banana
lunch - lean cuisine panini, 100 cal pack, yogurt
dinner- chili with cheese [mama uses healthy stuff when she cooks]
snack - orange, 60 calorie chocolate popcorn cakes
8 glasses water

i have had two pieces of white toast with butter,
a few cashew nuts, lots of water
roast dinner, but had no chicken, just veg and puddings and potatoes

healthy! ive had wheatgrass this morning a smoothie at work and a salad with carrots and mushrooms and lemon dressing i made mmmmmm OH and a big thing of smartwater

Healthy
Breakfast- Cherrio cereal, banana and milk.
LOTS OF WATER.
Lunch- 6inch Fresh Fit meal- Roasted Chicken Sub with just american cheese and low fat honey mustard(subway) with water
Didn't have dinner yet.

Breakfast: 1 banana, 2 sausages..pre made (160 cal., 20%fat), piece of whole wheat toast with butter on it, and glass of water
Lunch: whole wheat sandwich with roast beef on it, pudding, banana, and crystal light water
Snack: 1 home made banana chocolate chip muffin, and glass of water
and I haven't had dinner yet...

i have had weetabix with semi skimmed milk, 1 apple, a cheese sandwich with whitebread. 4 glasses of water havent had dinner yet though.

| Seems pretty healthy to me, hope you kept it up. I've had a bowl of cereal and low fat milk, two pieces of fresh pineapple, an apple, a piece of wholemeal bread, a small curry puff, a granola bar and a shortbread biscuit. (it's nearly dinner)

Well this is kind of..health related. And will help keep us all motivated to watch what we eat.
Here's what we do: We put down the foods so far we've eaten on the day that you post. And the next person to reply puts if the person below them ate healthy the whole day. For example:::
Person 3: healthy. a piece of toast, a bagel, and snack mix.
Person 2: healthy. a waffle, a wrap, and a few sunchips.
person 1: whole grain cereal, a turkey sandwich, and baked lays.
And so on..
Anyways, I ate:
a piece of toast, a wrap, and baked lays so far..i still have to eat dinner.
