It doesn't matter at what time you eat, 7, 8, 9, 10. It's all the same, as long as you eat enough and eat when your hungry, it doens't matter.

Water is very good for you. Not only is it good for your skin and body, it helps to actually supress your appetite so you won't feel as hungry. It also helps for healthier digestion and absortion of nutrients within your body...

Also my doctor told me that when your dehydrated the fat cells inside your body get thick or rubbery and they can't be metabolized as easily, as if you were to drink water.

It's also calorie free, no sugar, no additives nothing! It benefits well on every single thing in your body. It's not hard on your kidneys like sugary sodas and juices can be. And it doesn't dehydrate you, like sugary juices and sodas can.

I am sure I missed some other points, lol, but basically water is good for you!

Is it effective to drink 8 glasses of water a day,
and then no eating after 7 pm?

Because i think i will try it.
