You have to use your tools tab and you just catch on.

pretty much how it works is you log all the calories you eat in the nutrition log. you log the minutes you exercise in the fitness log. you can build up your SparkPoints for various tasks, to learn more about that click on my sparkpoints. also, when you first log in, there should be a link that says getting started. click on that, and it'll guide you through what to do more thoroughly. if you have any specific questions, feel free to ask me. =]

I'm fourteen and was shocked to step on the scales and find out i'm 138lbs. Im about 5ft3 and my goal is 117 and after I get that I hope to continue losing more weight. This site looks great but i'm so confused about how it works. Please any help and advice is appreciated!
