| Well it depends on how dedicated you are to it. And if your body doesn't want to lose the weight that you want it to, just stay healthy by walking everyday and staying fit. And when you do that for 6 months you will find out that you have lost weight and your body looks better.

| WELL MY WEIGHT DIDN'T GO DOWN MUCH BUT I DROPPED FROM A SIZE 14 TO A 9/10 OR 8 IF I'm AT OLD NAVY, AND I DID IT BY LOSING INCHES AND TONING MY BODY. U SHOULD TRY IT IN A COMBINATION WITH DIETING SO TRY LOSING THE WEIGHT WHILE TONING YOUR BODY ESPECIALLY YOUR ABS

| You might be able to reach that goal at around 170-180 ish. Thats only my guess though, don't take my word for it.

| Well, we have to know what size you are right now to be able to tell you that, also, weight loss varies from person to person, so we can only really guess-timate on these numbers. I'm sure if you keep trying, you'll make it though.

Please be honest but nice. Dont make me cry like the people on yahoo answers did. Okayy right now im a misses size XL but im an 18pant. My biggest goal i have is to get into a JUNIORS xl large top and 15pants. about How many pounds will that take and how long. please answer or ask more questions :) --kristen
