I think it's normal too. Depending on what your starting weight, people tend to drop off more weight in the beginning and it sort of balances out over time. When I first started exercising and eating better, I lost 7 pounds the first week. Now, on a good week I lose 1-2 pounds.

Congratulations on your healthy habits! They seem to be paying off.

Well I guess its normal. It should only stay more than 1 lb. for the first two weeks. After that about 2lb is normal. Your not going to lose exactly 1 lb a week.

If you just started this, its normal.
In the begining of your 'plan' you tend to lose more weight.
But if you keep this up, you will become healthier and lose less weight and keep it off.

i know about 1lb a week is healthy but when i eat about 1900-2000cals a day and exercise i tend to lose about 3.5 - 4lbs a week.I had lost some weight then gained about 3lbs back. So i've been trying to be more careful and I've already lost about 3lbs this week.
