Here are some things that might help you with this:

* make sure you eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and 1-2 snacks each day.
* use yourSpark goals (linked from your start page) to help you make sure your are making healthy lifestyle choices.
* get connected on the message boards and teams to support and encourage others and for them to support and encourage you.
* make sure you are meeting or exceeding your estimated nutrient needs for energy every day.
