Keep your goals right in front of you every day and remember it takes work to get the weight off. Just follow your spark diet or make healthy choices, 1800 calories on sedentary days and 2100 on more active days. Do AT LEAST 30 minutes of cardio 3x a week and strength training twice a week. If you want that weight to come off and shed some inches, I'd do more but only do what your body allows you.
Good luck and it IS possible to lose 15 pounds by then.
