You want to do a combination of cardio and strength exercises. You can break them up into smaller sections throughout the day - they all add up. You can do 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes when you get home from school and 10 minutes during a homework break or something like that.
Check out the Fitness Resource Center for some 10 minute workout ideas. Also, there are some short workout videos in there that Coach Nicole did along with other exercise ideas.

| get dvd to do and just pop it in . there is also fit tv which you might have on your tv

| If you aren't worried about cardio strength, you ought to just do situps. It may sound boring, but there are actually a lot of types of situps and other floor ab exercises. The muscle stimulation will boost metabolism, which will help you to burn calories. And using the muscles will help tone them.

Well, like everyone else has said I also want to lose weight for summer to look good in a bikini and also because I want to just look and feel better about myself. I also want to tone my stomach up while losing the weight. I want to lose about 20lbs.I'm not sure what I should do to get to my goal because since I'm a student in highschool its har for me to go to the gym cause I always have homework to do and I try to eat healthier than I have been but it doesn't seem to be helping or really changing anything. Does anyone have any suggestions CW:150 GW:130
