| i was good monday through thursday, but i messed up yesterday and today =(

| yeah, i used to do core exercises, but lately (since the school year started) i am just too tired at night! I usually don't have to worry about exercise anyways, every school day i have atheltics and then after school i have practice (right now softball practice) Softball ends next friday, but swimming(summer league) doesn't start until may first. I usually don't work out on weekends cause i usually have school work or some other academic thing to do (since i'm a junior) and work. Lately i have been pushing myself to do DDR at night, (not on game days) which i'm pretty proud of myself for doing considering i'm tired from practice. I'm so stressed out that i'm suprised i have been sricking with my diet. I hate worrying about college, SATS, scholarships, NASA aerospace scholars, and stupid school!

OMG almost same problem, except i have to go to my dinner dance, and i got this dress thats really pretty and i cant return it and have to fit into it. Easiest way is to drink a glass of water about 20-30 minutes before you eat, you become a bit full and won't eat as much at your meal! Also any work out that works your core (stomach) helps too. Work out until you feel a burn, but don't go much more longer after that, more than likely, your stomach may hurt in the morning, but if you keep doing them, after a while you can add more and it won't burn! | I wish I had that much time to prepare! My prom is on May 3rd and I'm going dress shopping this Friday! But, I'm hoping to lose about 6 pounds by then. So, I can take part in 2 weigh-ins, right? :D

| okay, so for me prom is less than 2 months away, it is at the end of may. i want to lose about 15 pounds so i can look good in my dress (which i haven't bought yet) and not feel self-conscious. So i'm making a challenge for myself and whoever wants to join. Every two weeks we will record our progress. =D
