| As Kim said above, just try to eat healthy and exercise. Focus on being healthier and developing heathier habits. Sometimes when you try to diet you start to limit yourself to certain foods......

| Don't think of it as a "diet". Try to improve yourself in some other way, such as a sport. I took up a running program and made it my goal too be able to run for longer periods of time each day. This lead to healthier eating and exercising, which in trn helped me to loose 14 pounds without "dieting".

| man, i am trying to diet and i am really doin it for myself but also so i could stop getting all the fat comments from kids at my school...i even had to start to do indepent study! so someone help!!!!!!
