For one thing, I stopped eating junk foods (partially) and replaced parts of desserts with apples or oranges. I watch TV a lot, and I always feel like I need to eat, only because I'm bored. I started knitting while I watch TV and I dont eat as much because my fingers are busy. I do fitness that uses my whole body not just parts. Like running for example. I hope these tips help you guys!

It can be hard to not compare yourself to others, but you really shouldn't. Everyone has a different body structure and composition. Also, your body is going through rapid growth and development during your teen years, so you are going to see a lot more changes as your body changes into a young adult.

You do need to make sure you are eating the proper nutrition. Use SparkTeens to help you with this. Because you are so active, you should be eating at least 2000 calories to help fuel your body with the proper nutrients and energy to allow for the amount of activity you are doing along with the growth and development that is happening. Teens that are sedentary need a minimum of 1800, but that is just for the basic functions like your heart beating, lungs expanding, muscles contracting, etc.

Try focusing more on healthy habits rather than being skinny like your friends or a number on the scale. By doing that, you will find the best shape for your body.

well,
you really can be losing fat, and GAINING muscle. Youll look the same but weigh less. so if your doing alot of strength workout stuff, you could be putting some muscle weight on. Or maybe you just dont lose as fast as some ppl. :/
Everyone ish different. So just be consistant && keep trying kid!
Were here for yous. :]]
