Try reading some articles on this site that might help you get started.
Otherwise I would tell you to talk to your parents. Ask them to stop bying so much candy,and buy more fruits and other healthy options. I know what it's like to have someone that always tells you to lose weight.But use it as a motivation to show that person that you can lose weight,but they didn't do anything to help you. Also I tell my friends if they are offering me candy that I'm healthy,instead of saying something like I'm on a diet.

I plan to lose about 50+ pounds. I think that I am disguisting. I also feel that my friends nor family help me deal with it. My grandma always has to bring up the fact that I should lose weight. I hate being the "fat" one of the family... Will someone help me?
