Heyy! I bet you guys aren't that bad. My family members are hard on me because they love me and are worried about me. I want to lose 30lbs. We can all reach our goals if we just commit!

You have been given some good advice here. I would like to recommend that you check out the Resource Center for some other helpful tips along the way too. Here are some that I would suggest starting with:

Getting Started Guide
A Teen's Guide to Nutrition & Healthy Eating
A Teen's Guide to Fitness & Exercise
A Teen's Guide to Weight and Body Confidence
Surround Yourself With the Positive
Use Smart goal setting Techniques
Use Measurements Besides the Scale

Use the site to your advantage and make sure to post on the message boards and join/participate in some teams. Doing that will help you stay motivated along the way.

Try reading some articles on this site that might help you get started.

Otherwise I would tell you to talk to your parents.
Ask them to stop bying so much candy,and buy more fruits and other healthy options.
I know what it's like to have someone that always tells you to lose weight.But use it as a motivation to show that person that you can lose weight,but they didn't do anything to help you.
Also I tell my friends if they are offering me candy that I'm healthy,instead of saying something like I'm on a diet.

I plan to lose about 50+ pounds. I think that I am disguisting. I also feel that my friends nor family help me deal with it. My grandma always has to bring up the fact that I should lose weight. I hate being the "fat" one of the family...
Will someone help me?
