Welcome.
Maybe you should set up smaller goals on the road of working to lose 60 pounds.
Maybe 10 pounds each,it might be easier that way.

It seems like I have been trying to lose weight for as long as I can remember. I have always been overweight and now I have 60 pounds to lose. It seems so overwhelming to think about losing 60 pounds, but hopefully I will be able to do it. I want to eat healthier, exercise more, and start strength training again. I also want to gain confidence and become comfortable with my body. I look forward to using this website and making many new friends.
