| "This time I will actually loose the weight" this is the phrase that goes through my head every time i set a goal. Once I get a goal set, I am so ready to loose the weight and I stay strong for maybe a few days. Then, because of some series of events, I quit. maybe not totally but I stop counting my calories and I don't excersize for a while. I am a fairly busy person so I don't have a lot of time for excersize but i haven't found a happy medium between a small workout with a small calorie burn and a really long workout with a maximum calorie burn. I could really use modivation so if anyone has some helpful tips...I'm here! Thank you so much :-)
