how to reach your goals: eating- i'm a vegetarian personally. my advice to you: TREAT YOUR Nutrition Tracker LIKE A BIBLE. its a really easy and convenient way to make sure you're on track. not only does it tell you how many calories you've eaten, but you can add nutrients to track to (i track fiber and calcium). as long as you stay between 1800-2150 calories you'll be successful. exercise- its great that you're doing cardio already. keep it up girl! you should add in strength training to so that you'll look more toned and be stronger. also, have more muscle increases your metabolism :D just remember that muscle weighs more than fat so if the numbers on the scale don't change or go up but your clothes fit better, don't freak out.
honestly, signing on to sparkteens everyday is the biggest factor in my success so far. i've met tons of people from all over the world who are going through the same thing i am and offer great advice and support.

hey I just joined today and i was just wondering what you do everyday to meet your goals
Im not sure how much i should eat or how often to exersize I already do cardio but i want to know what everyone else is doing to reach there goals
