| Yes I feel the same way. I was so excited at first but sometimes when I see the harder things like trying to eat healthier and not pigging out my favorite foods all the time when I am bored it gets tough. Then I just keep thinking of how much healthier and better I'll feel when I accomplish my goal and how much I won't want to give up in the end. Try to ask your parents to maybe go to the grocery store and buy some healthy food. I know my parents haven't bought groceries like in a month, which is part of my not wanting to motivate myself anymore... But anyways just keep a very upbeat and positive attitude. Keep a journal and maybe write down how you feel! Whatever ya do, just don't give up and keep going!

| talk to you mom/dad and ask if the whole family could get a little healthier for your sake. see if you can go grocery shopping and help pick out the right items. personally, my motivation is this site, so keep signing on!

| When I first decided to start dieting it was so motivating and my family was so supportive. Now, I am barely motivated, find myself straying from the right eating habits and now my parents won't even get the groceries and food I need. I can't get a job to pay for them myself, but what else can I do to make sure I stay on the right track?
