You have been given some good advice. Eating healthy foods and getting exercise will help you lose weight. Doing cardio will help you lose fat and strength training will help you get a toned "hot" body. Make sure you are reaching your nutrient and calorie goals by using the Nutrition Tracker at least a few days just to check in to make sure you are getting the proper nutrition.

Do many cardiovascular exercises AND strength training. Strength training is really important and helpful because your fat converts to muscles =]

Doing a lot of exercise and eating right. Because if you starve yourself you add weight but just eat healthy.
