Welcome to SparkTeens! Yes, it does work as long as you do stick to it. Try to look at this as more of a lifestyle change rather than just another diet. By doing that, you will not need to diet off and on throughout your life because you will have learned new healthy habits which will help you keep the weight off. The reason why diets don't work is because you change your habits temporarily and then you go back to your old habits when you are "done" with the diet.

Hey I think it would work, but there are other things you can do to you just need to believe in yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Hey ive just joined sparkteens, im 17 and want to loose 21 pounds, Can anyone tell me what they think of the spark teens diet plan. If i stuck to it, would it actually work? Thanks x
