Try looking at this as a healthy lifestyle change instead of a diet. This will help you reach a healthy weight and continue to maintain it throughout your life so you don't have to diet off and on.
I know weight loss can be very frustrating, but by working on healthy goals you will find success and feel great! You also need to remember that your body is going through rapid growth and development in your teen years so there are a lot of changes happening as you grow into an adult.
Keep moving forward with healthy habits and try to not focus so much on the scale and I know you will reach your goals! The scale will fluctuate daily up to 5 pounds for everyone, so try to use other ways to measure your progress/success. Take measurements, notice how your clothes fit, how you feel, how your fitness level improves.
