when i was fifteen i was like....130 pounds =P i don't know anyone whose 15 and under 100 i mean, you are shorter than i am and maybe thats it, but it just seems like your already so lean and thin =] i mean you can "tone up" and get rid of flab and stuff without losing too much weight.

That is not a healthy goal for you. That would put you in the underweight category. You should focus on healthy eating and exercising rather than losing weight. You are already at a healthy bmi.
