yeah, eating better is a problem with me, too.
i have a hard time restraining myself, haha.

okay so pretty much my goal is to lose about 5-10 lbs.(i weigh about 138 lbs. maybe and am 5'5" possibly 5'6") before may 10th(prom) and i don't know how to do it.
i have a dress that is cute and fits and looks good on me.but i want it to look better on me.
i started walking and trying to eat better(the eating better is hard to do) but what is everyone else doing to get fit.
well talk to me please.
