im adding a new thing to do each week then carrying it onto the next with a reward at the end of the week if i complete it :) i just went all week without any chocolate and still havnt had any today yay :) its the first few days with anything that are the hardest but once you get past them and get it into your head what your doing it comes naturally and is much easier :) new goal starts today yup

i know at least for me, thinking about the whole picture is a little overwhelming. what are everyone's short term goals?
for me, its to lose 5 lbs (that means 115) at 1 lb per week.
